Rosedale, located in Upington in the Northern Cape, saw GIC install internal civil services across 400 stands between January and December 2021. The project was completed on schedule and according to budget, the services provided including road improvements, stormwater drainage and improved water access for the community supported by the project. Local labour was used wherever possible, a crucial element of changing lives in underserved communities.
